What is the time commitment for this training?
After our initial phone call, there are two-to-three hours set aside with leaders for planning, and design and facilitation of the topic, which depends on the scope of the work. Our work ranges from a single three hour workshop through multi-year engagements.
Who should be involved with this training?
The training must be sponsored by a senior leader who emphasizes inclusive leadership. Attendees should represent all levels. Certain topics are more appropriate for leaders and managers, and several are accessible to all employees.
What kind of investment is this training?
